dispatch & shipping
☼ in-stock pieces are dispatched within
3-5 business days.
☼ if an original resin piece or a special order, delivery times may vary
once dispatched....
☼ standard australia shipping- 2-10 working days
☼ express australia shipping- 2-5 working days
☼ overseas shipping- please allow up to 4-6 weeks
☼ all estimated shipping times are subject to changes in accordance with local couriers.
returns & damaged goods
☼ sorry, no returns for change of mind
​☼ if a piece arrives damaged, customers are to take photos, and keep the parcel. customers must inform us of damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery. request to replace damaged goods after this time, will not be considered.
☼ allowance for replacement of pieces damaged in transit will also be subject to severity of damage. minor damages will not warrant replacement.
☼ we will not be held responsible for goods which are damaged once they have reached delivery location.
custom orders
☼ once an order request form has been submitted, it is still subject to approval by the artist. you will receive an email within 5-7 working days confirming whether or not your order is possible. if the order has been accepted, the email will include an invoice & estimated dispatch date. the artist apologises for any denied requests.
☼ artworks are created with love & are not rushed. if you have custom ordered a piece, the time until dispatch will vary depending on time taken to access all materials, number of preceeding orders & difficulty of requested piece.
☼ cost of custom orders will vary depending on materials & difficulty of requested piece.
artist collaborations
☼ the artist offers special deals on artworks for small businesses, on condition that the provided QR code remains displayed. QR codes must remain on the piece, in a position where people (guests, clients, patients, customers, pass by-ers ect) are able to see & scan the code.
☼ we will happily replace your QR code if needed.
copywrite infringement
☼ the artist, rhiannon arkell, maintains all rights to all artworks displayed at the domain www.rhisinart.com.
☼ perpetrators of copywrite infringement will be charged under the court of law without any hesitation.
furniture
☼ all pieces are original and no two pieces are/ will be identical
☼ furniture may be made from scratch or using up-cycled materials
☼ prices may differ from piece to piece based on materials used and time taken
